Snow flurries forecast for Channel Islands

A period of rain and sleet is forecasted to turn to snow for a time tomorrow morning (21 November).

If it sticks, Jersey Met says 5mm of snow could be found in the upper parishes.

The alert calls for islanders to be cautious when out and about.

Temperatures are set to drop a couple degrees tomorrow too - with highs of 6 degrees expected.

The gov.je website forecasts it "feeling very cold", with strong F6 to F7 winds.
