A survey shows nearly two thirds of people in Jersey are finding it difficult to cope with rising prices,
Island Global Reach surveyed 2,761 residents living in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and Gibraltar, between 17 and 30 March 2023.
Figures collated from 857 Jersey survey responses show more people in Jersey have to cut back on spending, borrow money and go without items compared to when the data was collected last November.
This includes medium and high earners.
Across all four islands, 51% of households earning more than £80,000 are struggling with the cost of living.
Six in ten medium earners, with a household income between £40,000 and £80,000 annually, have financial issues.
Low-income households are still struggling although the percentage in Jersey has remained stable.
