Appeal After Report Of Dog Attack

Jersey Police are investigating a report of a dog biting a man on the chest.

It allegedly happened near the fuel station on Georgetown Road at around 1:30pm on Friday 5 October.

Police say a man using his mobility scooter was heading towards New Era vets.

As he passed the garage, a large black or brown dog, being walked by a woman, pulled on its lead and bit the man on the left side of his chest.

Anyone with information on what happened is asked to call police on 612612 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
