Free beauty treatments are being offered to those working at Macmillan Jersey for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Highlands College Jersey's Hair and Beauty Department is offering the service to staff and volunteers this week.
It's hoped this will give the cancer charity workers time to focus on themselves, after spending most of their days supporting other islanders in need.
Massages, wash and blow dries, manicures and hot stone therapies are on offer for the staff looking to relax.
Highlands College Beauty Therapy Teacher Kayleigh Goggins hopes charity staff take up this opportunity to prioritise time for themselves:
"What we want to do is give back to the staff and volunteers who work tireless, endlessly just to say thank you.
"Also its for them to be more aware of them, looking after their own mental health and wellbeing at the same time as the amazing work they do.
"They don't take any time for themselves, its important for the staff and volunteers to look after themselves and have an hour of bliss and relaxation."
