The Hospice 2 Hospice half marathon has raised more than £20,000 for Jersey Hospice Care.
More than 200 participants took part in the run at the end of October to raise money for the island's only hospice.
After being postponed for almost two years due to Covid-19, the achievements of the runners have been celebrate at an awards ceremony.
Volunteer Manager Loraine Fulton organised the fundraiser in her own time after seeing the impact of care hospice provides every day.
She says it was a night to remember.
“I can’t explain how emotional it was to see the event take place. After nearly two years of delaying the run, it was brilliant to hear fantastic feedback from the spectators and the runners, but more important than anything, to know that together you have contributed to the funds of such an amazing charity."
The half marathon set off at the charity's fundraising shop in St Ouen and weaved its way through the country lanes of St John to finish at the hospice on Mont Cochon.
