Lesley Carter and Environment Minister Steve Luce both received 30-year-long service awards.
Vice Admiral Jerry Kyd also gave the King's Flag to Nigel Sweeny, the lifeboat operations manager, along with a framed certificate of the St Catherine's Lifeboat Station, for 50 years of service.
Jersey's RNLI celebrated its 200th anniversary with a garden party at Government House.
The Lieutenant Governor saw the work of the St Helier crew first-hand on Sunday when a vessel needed help at sea during the Governor's Cup Inter-Island Races.
