UK Police Divers Join Search For Thomas Frost

Thomas Frost’s family has released this new photo of him, two weeks on from his disappearance.

Police divers from the Avon and Somerset force have arrived in Jersey to help in the search for Thomas Frost who has been missing for two weeks.

51 year old Mr Frost was last seen on the night of Saturday 11 February at his parents’ home in St Ouen.

Police have spent the past fortnight searching extensively for him, but there have been no reported sightings.

Their efforts have involved States and Honorary officers, Police Search Advisors, Jersey Fire and Rescue Service, Jersey Search and Rescue, Channel Islands Air Search and other agencies.

Specially-trained divers have now come to the island to assist by searching specific areas of water identified within the search parameters.

Police have visited every home in a 750 metre radius from Mr Frost’s last known location.

More than 60 officers have been involved in the investigation and have worked on 212 leads generated from intelligence and public appeals.

Islanders are still being asked to check CCTV, dash-cam and doorbell footage, and to check their land, outbuildings and sheds.

Mr Frost is 5’10, of medium build with greying hair.

He is believed to have been wearing a red T-shirt underneath a navy shirt, and navy jeans.  He may have had a light grey hoodie and it is thought he could have been barefoot.
